S.P. Fields (Contractors) Ltd worked closely with the client to deliver the refurbishment of the ground and first floor welfare facilities in a large industrial plant.  The project included partial demolition and full strip out, the construction of new internal walls, new HVAC installation, plumbing and mechanical installation, wall, floor and ceiling finishes.

All works were carried out whilst production continued uninterrupted. The end result was a shower block and welfare suite providing a high level of comfort for the workforce.
